Hi, my name is Liz, and I believe in the transformative power of simplicity to combat the dangers of a stress-filled life.

My Story...

Not too long ago, as a wife, mother, author, graphic designer, and juggling countless other roles, I found myself overwhelmed by the constant pressure and stress of managing it all. My life was filled with both big and small stressors that seemed never-ending. The impact of this chronic stress was profound and detrimental. I believe it weakened my body and immune system to the point where I became highly susceptible to illness.


In July 2024, I battled through a severe case of COVID that took me three weeks to recover from. Just as I was beginning to get back on my feet, I contracted an ear infection that swiftly led to the loss of my hearing. This experience was a wake-up call that forced me to reevaluate my approach to life and health.


During this challenging time, while waiting and praying for my full healing, I needed a purpose that would shift my focus away from the hearing loss and channel my energy into something meaningful.


I started Simply Done Daily to create a platform that not only helped me find a sense of purpose but also aimed to inspire others. It has always been my dream to help people become better versions of themselves, and it took this terrifying period in my life to finally take action towards that dream.

The Impact of Stress

A stress-filled life can have serious consequences on your health, including chronic fatigue, a weakened immune system, and increased vulnerability to illness. For me, the constant juggling of responsibilities and the accompanying stress led to a cascade of health issues, ultimately affecting my quality of life. This realization was the driving force behind my decision to simplify and transform my life, leading to the creation of Simply Done Daily.
